Meet me

Kia ora — I'm Richard, a developer at Mint Harvey Cameron who's happiest turning a rough idea into something people genuinely enjoy using.

I've spent years sharpening my craft as a SilverStripe developer, building custom solutions shaped around what each client actually needs. I care about the unglamorous parts too — clean code, careful testing, and shipping work I'd be happy to maintain a year later.

Away from the keyboard you'll find me with my two boys, lost in a good book, or running a tabletop RPG — building worlds is the throughline. I'm ready for the next step somewhere I can keep growing and make a real impact.
